Hot Ham and Cheese Roll-Ups with Dijon Butter Glaze – Low Carb, Gluten Free

We are currently in the middle of following a Keto Diet (click here for info) and have been trying a ton of new recipes. Avoiding many bread based/style foods has been difficult and we have been craving them dearly.  While scanning through our Instagram feed we came across these roll-ups and decided we needed to try them.

  Per Serving –  Calories – 482 Fat – 41g Protein – 25g Carbs – 6.8g Fiber – 2.8g  Net Carbs – 4g

They were super easy to make and very tasty.  We cooked them in our silicone muffin pan rather then a baking dish. The silicone tray helped the rolls to keep their shape while also crisping all sides of the roll-ups. Prep was quick and easy and does not require a ton of cooking skills. However we do reccmend using Silpats when rolling out your dough.
